I have been a customer for 5 years. I always tip 20% and I am a kind person who never complains. My last few visits have been very disappointing. The salon itself is not as clean as it used to be and have not been pleased with my manicures for the last few months . My cuticles look terrible and I'm often hurt with the tools they use. It hasn't been relaxing experience for quite a while, so it's time to move on.
Every time we visit it is a great experience but today was amazing! Best pedi ever!!!
